No stocks ? ?? What about Mutual Funds or retirement savings 401K or IRA ? ? ?
No Real Estate ? ? ? Not even his home ? ?

I suspect that he is lying or conveniently forgot something. Of course this will be corrected a couple of weeks from now. But, the MSM will never mention the correction.

Likely he statement was no real estate investments which would exclude personal residence or a vacation property

Yep, his money could be all in his wife's name or in some sort of entity like an LLC. Probably not a huge sum, but I can not believe that he has not done a little saving and investing some how.

If he has not saved a dime his whole life, then why should we let him anywhere close to our national finances ? ? ?

There are a lot of things to knock Walz on but not using his position as a Congressman for twelve years to make big bank, is not one of them, IMO.

Walz's financial disclosures provide insights into his net worth. In 2016, his net worth was $13K, ranking him 270th in the House. His investments included $32,500 in insurance and significant assets like a rental property valued at $375,000

Is He middle class enough for u?

So you're pissed when they have those holdings, and also when they don't? Makes total sense.

And where was your outrage when it came out Johnson had essentially no holdings?

My son at A&M has a net worth >$13k.

The guy has like three different pensions at least, he probably doesn't give a **** about saving or investing when daddy government is covering his ass

Or homeless, you forgot homeless. I think someone missed a digit or two on that 13k. Are you going to seriously expect me to believe 171 members of the US House of representatives have a net worth less than 13k$?

Tell me Mike Johnson's net worth before congress and show me the same level of outrage. But you won't. This is such a stupid line of positioning.

Agreed. We should focus on him being a branch covidian and vaccine mandate supporter. That tells us how ****ing stupid he is. This is just he is terrible with money and my guess he doesn't pay much in income tax either.

I feel like he had his teacher's pension so he never saved for retirement. I think that's pretty common.

I am curious where the money from the house sale went. Is it just sitting in a HYSA? Did he squirrel it away somewhere else? That's my biggest question.

With his background I can understand if he's financially bland. But I will always believe a politician is lying about finances, first and foremost.
