If you look at the Obama/Biden foreign policy pattern over 12 years, then you will notice they have repeatedly carried water for Islamo-Nazis over the years.

A Hamas left in control of Gaza represents a surrender to Hamas by Israel.

Winning, for Hamas, is maintaining control over Gaza.

The Biden Administration is demanding Israel's surrender to Sinwar, complete with the withdrawal of Israel from Gaza. That leaves Hamas in position to recapture the ground as if nothing ever happened. That is defeat for Israel and the end of Netanyahu, a goal of the Biden/Harris regime considered far more important than fighting terrorists.
