Per law, non-citizen residents (caretakers) can receive benefits for children that are citizens. Non-citizen members of the household are excluded from being considered as part of the benefit group calculation.

If any non-citizen is being considered as part of the Household for the sake of benefit determination then either they've provided fraudulent documentation that has also managed to circumvent the federal database that is used for citizenship verification or the caseworker responsible for handling their application screwed up big time.

At least this is the case for standard SNAP benefits in Texas. I have no idea what else may be given to these people by the federal government apart from standard SNAP, Medicaid, etc., however.

Everything on the internet makes me skeptical, especially things like this.

If it is true, I'd like to know why? If there's a good reason, fine. Life goes on. If not, heads need to roll (figuratively for the feds that of course aren't on here).

With all the employees those agencies have, you'd think there would be plenty of conservatives working in them that could validate things like this. Or at least point us in the right direction on how to find out if these things are happening.

Perhaps a freedom of information act would do it?

Most immigrants who are flooding across the border, apply for asylum and then disappear. It specifically lists those applying for status as recipients. That's the grift. It's why we're facing this entire situation.

This isnt discussing Work Visa or Green Card applicants.

I hope its true. Otherwise all these illegals are forced to turn to crime in order to survive. And I suspect that's happening in a major way.
