A new Substack out from Seymour Hersch indicates that former President Barack Obama and VP Kamala Harris, now presumptive Democrat nominee for president, threatened sitting President Joe Biden with the potential invocation of the 25th Amendment if he didn't drop out the presidential race and cede that spot to the veep

Then Obama waits several days before giving his endorsement to give the appearance of being an objective observer. Gotta say its pretty cleaver But at the end of the days it just more of his games to under cut and transform this republic into a leftest third world hell hole.

Obamas second coup on this nation.

Let's see if he has a third this November.

His and Hillary's coup attempt in 2016 failed. Since then he has taken matters into his own hands and out of the voters.

Usually grammer nazi's are irritating bugs. Or kinda like a yap dog that nips as the heals of people with real ideas and contributions.

But in this case your observation is cleaver, I mean clever, and contributes to the main point. I'll allow it.

The election of Barak Hussein Obama and his subsequent re-election for his second (and third with Biden and perhaps fourth with Kamala) terms will be proven in real, not re-written history, to be the tipping point to destruction of The Republic of The United States of America.

Y'all give that clown way too much credit. Obama isn't smart. He's a great orator.

He isn't pulling the strings. He's just a Lieutenant with a bunch of mindless foot soldiers who carry out the wishes of his puppet masters.

I don't think Obama wanted Harris. He knows she's an unlikeable idiot.

I think Obama wanted Kelly, but Biden's endorsement of Kamala threw a wrench into the works from a legal and money standpoint.

Something the big donors could mitigate, if pressed to do so. Hillary would have been able to self fund as well but her favorable rating is still in the toilet and she's older, nearly Trump's age so that issue would be on the table as she tried to campaign. We have seen her recently, she's missing a few steps as well...literally.

Seymour Hersch must be 90. but it's said he has great sources. Obama being out on stage 3 weeks ago with a failed shuffling joe biden doesn't seem like shot caller status.

It's not a coup. Joe wasn't mentally fit and had to be threatened with the 25th amendment which is appropriate for someone losing his last marble. Granted, he wasn't mentally fit 4 years ago, but this isn't the same as what they were trying to do to Trump in his 1st term.

If Joe were leading the polls he would have been sequestered to his basement and not replaced. It had little to do with his health. It was about his ability to win. That's a coup

That fact that Obama was ever elected , not once, but twice, goes to show you how stupid the people in this country are. He was awful and half the country reveres him as some great president and would vote him back into office if they could. I don't know why so many people just can't get enough of the Obama democrats.

Yes they did it because Joe couldn't win. That forced them to do what should have been done. Not a coup. Although granted, saying it's a coup does sound cool.

He's credible. A real news man. You could tell that when he was effectively dropped during the obama administration about 12 years ago, by all the top news publications. Won a Pulitzer when it meant something. He wouldn't put this out there if he didn't believe it.

FDR/Truman: Truman becomes President when FDR dies shortly after being inaugurated for his fourth term. Truman runs four years later, wins.

Eisenhower/Nixon: Nixon runs after Ike's two terms in 1960, loses.

Kennedy/LBJ: LBJ becomes President in late 1963 after Kennedy is assasinated. Runs in 1964, wins.

LBJ/Humphrey: LBJ drops out in March 1968 and Humphrey as a sitting VP runs, loses.

Nixon/Ford: Ford becomes President when Nixon resigns. Runs in 1976, loses.

Reagan/HW Bush: Bush runs after two terms of Reagan, wins.

Clinton/Gore: Gore runs in 2000 after two terms of Clinton, loses.

Sitting VPs who run immediately after their term as VP, without the death of their superior elevating them into the Presidency no matter how briefly, tend to not fare well. Some have a comeback a few cycles later (Nixon) some do not (Mondale.)

Correct, and if Joe won in November he would have been replaced by Kamala at some point in 2025.

I always saw that same thing playing out as well. If Biden were Trump's age, he'd have the nomination and possibly an easier path to victory. Then, knowing his health would decline, plus be the reason why a woman (Kamala) who checks every box became the first whatever ethnicity she is as president, it would be as perfect political thing to be done. She'd also have an easier time getting reelected.

At least now she has to actually work for it.

But does she really? Her sole job from here on out is to hit her mark, deliver a memorized stump speech and successfully dismount the stage. Avoid unscripted questions, just wave and walk by without answering anything.

That alone gets her to high 40s percentage wise.

But he should and we should want him to stay. We don't need the optics of President Harris in a reelection bid. Keep him hidden, but keep his title until November.

100% and that was the plan for months. Only after his disastrous debate and tanking in the polls was Plan B put into motion.

They knew for quite some time President Biden was NOT mentally fit to be president. And he still isn't, so if Obama and his minions don't begin the Amendment 25 proceedings what is their reason?
  • They have no honor, ethics, morality
  • There is a nefarious agenda
  • They can't afford to admit he is unfit and have known it for years
  • President Biden and his team threatened to produce evidence of Obama's teams corruption
Or all of the above.

Anyone considering voting for any Democratic candidate should immediately reconsider their voting preferences.

Yet Biden is reportedly going to be in Austin (LBJ Library) to unveil his cocakamamie and unconstitutional ideas to "reform" the Supreme Court. They will keep putting him out there.

To me, by doing so they will keep accentuating that Kamala had to know he was incompetent and covered it up.
