Max Boot isn't just a media guy who writes for WaPo. He's one of those people who was deemed smart by the consensus of bureaucrats and "advised" federally subsidized think tanks.

Because these people are smart by consensus of the inelligentsia, they are contracted to write position papers and analyses that provide the intellectual gravitas to allow the globalist bureaucrats to enact the policies they had already decided to enact before they hired wise men to write papers supporting it. Max is neocon pen for hire. He probably has reserved parking at Brookings, Atlantic Council, and CSIS in gratitude for the analysis work he has brought to them from the Pentagon and State Department.

I couldn't find a mention of Russia in the original post. It seemed to me from reading it that she was working for South Korea as a lobbyists. Ia there another reference that talks about her spying for Russia?
