Vance is a great pick. My only concern is he's a sitting US senator and now that's another seat we have to fight for. But as far as a true conservative with great communication skills and a powerful voice, he's hard to beat.

I agree that Vance is likely the most intellectually powerful of any of the VP potential choices

but still believe Marco Rubio is a better speaker.

He picked who he thought would be the best candidate to continue MAGA. Not someone afraid of the media. I was hoping that would be DeSantis.

My pick would be someone that could garner more of the black vote. Need to get them to the polls. If they stay at home because they don't like either candidate, their vote will be harvested to Biden. But get enough of them to the polls and voting Trump, libs only have illegals to vote harvest.

But he's looking at the future of the party, not just getting votes this election.

I'm curious to hear Vance's thoughts about what can be, unburdened by what has been.
