Representative Clay Higgins has released a preliminary investigative report alleging that the FBI secretly cremated the body of Thomas Crooks, the man accused of attempting to assassinate Trump, before a full investigation could be conducted.

According to Higgins' report, the FBI released Crooks' body for cremation just 10 days after the incident, without informing local authorities including the Butler County Coroner.

This was discovered when Higgins attempted to examine the body on August 5, nearly a month after the event.

Higgins expressed concern that the coroner's and autopsy reports are delayed and their accuracy cannot be independently verified without the body.

He stated, "We will actually never know" if these reports are accurate.

The report also includes other interesting findings.

Higgins states that eight shots were fired by Crooks before he was hit by a Butler SWAT operator and then fatally shot by a Secret Service counter-sniper team.

The FBI reportedly cleaned up biological evidence from the crime scene, which Higgins describes as "unheard of" in law enforcement practice.

Additionally, Higgins disputes online theories about a second shooter on a nearby water tower, based on his on-site investigation.

The 9th shot fired on J13 was from a Butler SWAT operator from the ground about 100 yards away from the AGR building. Shot 9 hit Crooks' rifle stock and fragged his face/neck/right shoulder area from the stock breaking up. The SWAT operator who took this shot was a total badass; when he had sighted the shooter Crooks as a mostly obscured by foliage moving target on the AGR rooftop, he immediately left his assigned post and ran towards the threat, running to a clear shot position directly into the line of fire while Crooks was firing 8 rounds. On his own, this ESU SWAT operator took a very hard shot, one shot. He stopped Crooks and importantly, I believe the shot damaged the buffer tube on Crooks' AR. I won't be certain of this until I can examine Crooks' rifle, but I'm 99% sure, based upon reliable eye-witness ESU tactical officers who observed Crooks' rifle before the FBI harvested it as evidence. This means that if his AR buffer tube was damaged, Crooks' rifle wouldn't fire after his 8th shot.

Crooks "went down" from his firing position when shot 9 was fired, and the SWAT officer was certain of his hit. According to the ESU SWAT operator, Crooks recovered after just a few seconds, and "popped back up".

So one of the SS agents assigned to protect Trump that day was breastfeeding her baby during a time she was supposed to be on duty. What in the world?

Well, it must have been "Bring your Infant Child to Work Day"...

No problem, she was only 5'-2", and couldn't holster her weapon anyway, so...

Would love to see video of the sniper taking the 9th shot as I am still not understanding where specifically that came
Believe I read he was among that gaggle on the ground directly behind the stage, and just below the snipers on the red barn. Have not seen video of him taking the shot.

To clarify, it happened at a different recent rally, not July 13. But yea, either way definitely a major issue.

Quote:

A female Secret Service agent assigned to protect former President Donald Trump at a recent rally left her post to breastfeed her child without proper approval, according to a new report.

Citing sources within the agency, RealClearPolitics (RCP) reporter Susan Crabtree revealed Thursday that an agent tasked with defending Trump at the former president's Wednesday rally in Asheville, North Carolina, "abandoned her post to breastfeed with no permission/warning to the event site agent."

Thanks Ms Hawg.

Has there been any explanation on why the body was released and the cleansing of the scene? Has the FBI responded?

I thought Clay Higgins findings that Crooks was hit twice was interesting and had been concealed from the original reports. The damages to the fore stock and buffer tube was of note.

Really interesting was the radio situation. The complete breakdown in communications. Transcripts showing that the local LEO were in their radios at 16:08:33 a full two minutes before shots were fired says they had eyes on of someone on the roof wearing white shorts running across the rooftops. Then was identified as having an AR a full 38 seconds before he fired his first shot, and USSS heard non of that squawk on the radio because they chose not to directly monitor the local frequency even in their so called command center. Just amazing. They were offered radios and failed to take them. Not even one to monitor the local police cross-squawk traffic. It's just incomprehensible how much incompetence was built into this event. The bizarre perimeter setup where they had such an offset to the south for a full mile to the south and the rooftop 138 yds to the north was considered outside the USSS security perimeter. Just unexplainable

You can hear them on this video. It sounds like there are 3 measured shots followed quickly by 5 rapid shots. Then you get a different weapon firing, which is likely sniper shot 1. There's a 10 second pause, and then that same weapon fires again. Based on the info we know now, sniper shot 1 disabled the gun and injured Crooks while sniper shot 2 finished it. Pretty quick reaction time if the information about sniper 2 moving is accurate.

IF DJT can survive until being elected and inaugurated, he must clean house and completely rebuild the SS as well as all of the other Federal law enforcement agencies. Systemic corruption has overtaken them all! Might be a job for an Oliver North type. His very survival depends upon it!

Crooks seemed confident he'd survive by creating a diversion and escaping. Crooks executes perfectly but somehow forgets to flip the on-switch for the IEDs in his vehicle. At some point he goes to use his remote and only then realizes he didn't turn 'em on. Goes through all this and then somehow pulls a Clark Griswold.

Here is the BCSO SWAT sniper that delivered shot 9 to Crooks hitting his weapon and fragging him.

In the second photo you see him signal a thumbs up to the USSS CS when he took out Crooks with one to the noggin

Super challenging...you have to like make sure roofs just over a hundred yards away from POTUS are like clear N shiiiii...but that's like really hard to do when they are sloped at a 5-6 degree angle and it's 80+ degrees outside N shiiii.

What a disgrace of an organization. Bunch of f'n dumbasses. Can't believe I once respected that organization. But I am also the same dumbass who used to think the FBI was "cool".

In typical Biden-Harris fashion, their incompetence (or intentional neglect) gets pinned on Trump.

Just tell the truth: the Jill Biden groupie could not or would not do her job and the organization suffered for it.

Is there evidence he tried to detonate them? I think he had a plan to try and escape but obviously was a few cards short of a full deck.

Well, the SS has requested SRT and our swat CSTs from DHS to support them through end of January. It's not unusual for SRT to support SS for high risk personnel but they usually will pawn the assignments of lower value. Not this time, though they still maintain command. What is interesting is that SRT is told to expect a maximum 24hrs notice for any spin up instead of working detail together to provide full efficient support

We saw the photo of the remote on the roof with the batteries out, but unknown whether the cops took it out or he had it right next to him. The snipers that had eyes on him while he was shooting would probably know whether they saw him fumbling with it.
