Bathroom Dan will be riding high after Trump's victory in early November. Will he use the republicans fall victory as a way to push more aggressive conservative policy?

Probable 2025 bills on the agenda :

- bathroom bill from 2017 legislative session. The guy is salivating to give women and children protections in public bathrooms from transgenders. I don't know how the bill would stop Transgender men from going into women's restrooms, but Dan thinks it will make a huge difference.

- School vouchers. Dan has wanted to hook up wealthy suburbanites with an education tax cut for years now. I think he finally has the support lined up to pass it.

- outlaw THC gummies. Bathroom Dan takes pride in spitting in the face of the majority on issues. A majority of US states are trending in favor of adult use legalization. However, Dan seems to think Texas is some kind of holy land where no sin should be committed on it. Everywhere else is fine. Just keep that non sense out of his holy land.

Anything or anyone else on his hit list for next year? I'm sure he's eager to get to work at this point.

This shows you're ignorant of the school choice discussions.

As for the hemp derived THC - I doubt that is even on the radar anymore for a lot of the Texas legislators as they now have ~6yrs of tax receipts on it.

It is increasingly hard to take you serious.

I don't care one way or another if pot is legal or not, but the more people like you keep up your anti-conservative antics the less I care to be supportive of your pro pot crusade.

I'm fine with edibles. I'm jymust getting tired of smelling weed stank from Vapers and smokers constantly now. I mean STANK. Like orders of magnitude stronger than BO. Do these people not realize how Badly they reek? At least take a shower and change before you go out…

It's possible everything they own stinks though, so maybe it wouldn't help. I mean, you can very literally smell cars with weed vapers inside when they pass you on the road.

There is a gentleman who represents the Lubbock area who would like to have a word with you. He has a bill that would outlaw Hemp- thc and Dan has done his part to get it in front of the right committees and has promised him votes on it.

Dan needs to back off on the THC ban crap. That is grass roots level that will enable more libtards to get a foot in the door.

Just allowing edibles is a good compromise.

Went to a concert in the Burbs of Austin on Saturday and some dude in a dress and a beard apparently was in the Ladies room while my wife was in there. I like the idea of women's spaces being protected and not making them have to feel nervous about going to the restroom out in public. Obviously you DGAF about women feeling safe.

If you think school vouchers are all about a "tax break" you really are clueless. It's about choice and freedom and allowing those who can't afford private school to have access to it. A "wealthy suburbanite" can find a way to send their kid to private school anyway and they typically already have their kid in a good school as those are where the best public schools are. Oh, and it isn't about money, it's about parental involvement. The public schools that spend the most are always the worst schools. My son's public HS is one of the best in the state and they spend about 65% of the average per student in Texas.

Of course none of that really matters to you because your only issue you care about is who will make it as easy as possible for you to get baked anytime you want. I mean that's fine but I really don't understand why you need to stay here if that's the case. Plenty of places you can go and be a stoner and be around people that smell like crap all day. For me the only thing I am opposed to is lighting up in public or driving stoned, though I do think people need to be informed that while there are many worse things than MJ it sure as hell isn't something you should encourage. I have had many friends that love the plant and they all seem to follow the same pattern. Start off slowly and then it becomes a routine, often because they get some benefit from it. Over time though they change. They become less motivated and inspired to do much, it hurts their family life and their work. All of the guys I know who started on it ended up divorced. I'm sure some can keep it under wraps and controlled but for most it slowly becomes a bigger priority for them in life and they tend to fade away, it just seems to suck the motivation out of the people I know and make them care less about those around them be it family or friends. It is much more subtle than harder drugs or even alcohol. The issue I have isn't that MJ is terrible or worse than harder drugs or alcohol, the issue I have is the perception that seems to exist that it isn't harmful at all so people start using it but don't realize the impact.

Anyway, plenty of places you can go and be with like minded folks. I have been very happy here seeing a lot of liberals who are self deporting themselves from Texas, everybody wins.

Bathroom Dan? I like it. It's a strong reminder that liberals want to put little girls in danger of sexual assault when they use a public restroom.

With Texas not allowing THC or Weed, a certain pro-weed demographic will decide to live in places other than Texas.

The second Texas allows weed or weed products into the state, the state will start to see an influx of this demographic moving in...

The aftermath and consequences of weed legalization in places like Colorado have me very concerned about living in areas with a "fully baked" lethargic and possibly "more homeless" population. Their voting habits and the type of candidates they support are also a concern.

Texas will have to decide if this is what they want.

Such a weird obsession you have. Libs were forcing boys into girls' showers and bathrooms and Patrick responded to protect the girls. He's much more of a man than anyone who would support the sexual exploitation of our children.
