Barry set the precedent for this. Ben Rhodes was denied a clearance three times by the FBI. He's a vacuous fool who should never have been in his position. He was a glorified speech writer Rhodes and Valarie Jarrett were Obama's most-trusted foreign policy advisers and perhaps the most trusted staffers of any kind. I read that she refused the vetting process and refused to submit to the FBI background checks for religious reasons whatever the hell that is.

Hunter is actually doing what he's always done.

He's protecting the Biden Family.

He's doing everything he can to make sure his father retains the POTUS position, thereby insulating the Biden family from scrutiny by a not-so-friendly AG and DOJ that up to date has dutifully looked the other way.

My guess is that any third party scrutinization of the actions of Hunter, Joe, and others within the administration will reveal that there were many "unofficial" acts DURING the past four years that have greatly benefitted the Biden Family, and those acts are NOT limited by statute.
