Startup Org. to Out Seditious Civil Servants Who Might 'Resist' Trump"

If Trump is reelected the second after he recites the Oath of Office he should sit at a table, pen in hand and fire every one of those usurping, back-stabbers.

And just who's going to prosecute these seditious people? The corrupt DOJ?

Who's going to do any investigations into those people? The corrupt FBI?

no investigations or prosecutions are required.

just fire them with a "do not rehire" flag on their permanent record.

Well, to me, the word seditious carries a much heavier meaning...but's that's just me.

and that is a process, that take a lot of time. especially if there are a lot of people to process. and that can still go on after the firings occur.

firing and preventing rehire (at least until a Dem is back in the WH) is an immediate solution that can have positive results immediately.

Is this that "oath" we were talking about earlier?
I think that, to be very honest with you, I do believe that we should have rightly believed, but we certainly believe that certain issues are just settled.

The Left and media call the Jan 6ers "insurrectionists" which is not what they were, were not charged with... why not label the civil servants with major TDS "seditionists?"

Gloves need to be taken off.

Individually, it's very difficult because of the appeals process. Anyone who has been in a large federal government organization for long enough will have seen a case similar to one that I witnessed where a relarivelly senior (GS-14 or 15) employee that was caught surfing porn on his government computer during business hours was sent home for 26 months while collecting a full paycheck while all of the appeals abd reviews were exhausted.

However, eliminating a whole office, agency, Bureau, or department is easy. That was what Vivek proposed to do (he would make a great Director of OPM or OMB).

It has historically been the case that every US District Attorney has been fired when the control of the White House is handed over from one party to the other. George W. Bush's AG, Alberto Gonzales, made the mistake of selectively retaining some of the DA's from the Clinton administration which opened him up to accusations that he was only firing the DAs that were politically opposed to Bush. Mass firings are easy.

Trump can fire the entire Department of Education and Department of Energy without replacing any employees. For other departments, he can fire portions and let the jobs remain unfilled for 30-90 days before OMB starts interviewing replacements. Preventing continuity of purpose in a bureaucracy is critical when purging bureaucrats. You have to hold the head under water till the bubbles stop coming up.

i recall at least one instance when Trump first took office in Jan. 2017 where a federal building did not want to replace Obama's portrait w/ Trump's.

If Trump wins reelection... probably have to install surveillance cameras to monitor/protect Trump's portrait in federal buildings when it replaces joey b's.

Haha, great description. I know you're talking about the bureaucracy in general, but some of the visuals that pop into my head are delicious.

You don't have to fire them. You just have to move all these urban dwelling power sycophants to remote offices the middle of nowhere in small town America and the crappy ones will all jump ship.

The Seat of Government should be moved to the COG of the contiguous Unites States, IMO.

The geographic center of the contiguous forty-eight states (plus the District of Columbia) is at 39.8355 N, 99.0909 W. This location in Kansas is 5.3 miles from Agra and 5.5 miles from Kensington, at the intersection of East 1300 Road and East Mohawk Road.

I haven't brought this up because umpteen things have to happen for this to take place, but I have a pretty strong idea Trump will fire about 30% to 50% of government workers if he's elected and actually makes it alive to the inauguration.

I can't say I'm well aware of the civil service proceedings, but I know it's extremely difficult to fire someone. In the process of listening to Ramaswamy the last two months, I 100% certain this conversation has taken place with Trump. If you're interested, there are two interviews for your perusal, one with Shawn Ryan about 3 weeks ago and one with Charlie Kirk two weeks ago. Ramaswamy's attention to detail and preparation appears to be excellent.

Besides, I honestly believe it's the only way for us to actually forestall any US bankruptcy proceedings, or several devaluations of the dollar, while screwing over Americans.

No one has spoken about this, but I know Ramaswamy and Kirk have Trump's ear, for better or worse. Have to get that last part in there before the child mutilators and rape lovers come over here to pooh pooh the names I used.
Hate is how progressives sustain themselves. Without hate, introspection begins to slip into the progressive's consciousness, threatening the progressive with the truth: that their ideas and opinions are illogical, hypocritical, dangerous, and asinine.
This is backed by data.

I hope Vivek isn't pushing that campaign promise he kept promoting during the primaries...you know, the one that isn't valid because the authority for it expired during Reagan's term...

Yep, I'm aware.

I'll drop these two off even though you've likely heard them. I was pretty astonished he brought this up. It sounded more like happy hour back room discussion, but he's thought thoroughly about this.

Here's the second one. This one is Charlie Kirk who typically asks outstanding questions.

Enjoy!

Like I said, I'm not saying this will happen, but we're not going to have a 3rd Guilded Age, with the first being 1870 to 1920, or so, and the second being silicon starting with Gates, Jobs, etc.. That's was what enabled Clinton to say he balanced the budget, even though technically, he didn't since SS is owed several billion in IOU's, so we were still under water.

Long story short, our national budget was only $880 billion, or so, in 1988. Pretty amazing what we've gotten away with. Bush was a horrible disappointment regarding budget issues (both of them).

Yeah we have, occasionally in this country, but it's been extremely rare. What we're in right now is akin to how American's, the government, and the judiciary treated blacks for 100 years, or so.

Obama got it going with approximately 50 of Trump's cabinet picks. They've been particularly choosy on the legal help in the white house.

I'm torn between what I believe and what I think works. NOTHING stops a bully but a broken nose splattered across his face. Human nature suggests about 50-100, or so, Dem administration officials need to be properly investigated, statute of limitations be damned, since the SOL are so regularly overlooked by our current judiciary.

I wonder if FARA laws will be involved with Hunter. If you need a list, give me some time, but like Jack Smith and his "top secret" photo shoot that was shown to be 100% false yesterday, he should immediately be removed. Government prosecutors don't get to make up evidence for the public, not that it's never happened.

These people in the Swamp already know that they won't have to worry about this. They know the FBI/CIA/Military have their contingency plans if Trump regains power.

If Trump is going to be able to accomplish winning the election and actually becoming President again and living, it will be nothing short of divine. Because that's about the only way he's surviving.

Virtually impossible. Many federal workers are unionized. The process to fire them could include as many as 4/5 steps. You can thank Jimmy Carter and the Merit Systems Protection Board (created in 1979) for that.

Go scorched earth on all parts of the DOJ. I worked for the Bureau in the 80s. It is NOTHING like it once was. A lot of former agents and staff members are disgusted about what it has become.

You reassign them to a do nothing position.
(I know they already do nothing worthwhile, but put them in a spot they can do no harm.)
