Do you really not know how "Lets Go Brandon" came to be? A large crowd of people at a racetrack were saying "**** Joe Biden" and a reporter interviewing a driver pretended they were saying "Let's go Brandon" (the driver's name). Saying "Let's Go Brandon" is a polite way of saying **** Joe Biden AND it's making fun of the media. The WH's pathetic attempt to do damage control by bringing out a special needs guy named Brandon to try and shame conservatives was so pitiful, and "Dark Brandon" only made it worse. No one around here is afraid to insult Biden or the sad sacks that voted for him in the strongest possible terms.

Meh, politics and culture are inseparable. This thread is 100% culture.

I personally find the Florida rap scene interesting in a trainwreck sort of way (check out Famous Criminals's and of course 1090 Jake's coverage of all that). It's like they saw the "Florida Man" trope from the 2000s and said "hold my beer."

Now maybe some replies border on racism. But TBH said replies are culture, and adopting simplistic or absolutist views on culture is a sure path to failure.

You have it backwards my friend. This subset does represent the majority of young black males. The smaller subset is young, educated, driven, and law abiding black males. I took about 6 months in law enforcement to learn this valuable lesson.

Fascinating gang culture.

Sounds like these rappers are involved in a bunch of murders, so when they're killing each other it seems like vigilante justice. Foolio was rapping about killing 3 people. Then he raps and glorifies himself for it and disrespects the dead. If he gets murdered by someone else he attempted to murder, is it really an injustice?

The good question posed by this attorney is "When does it end?" And that's why this cycle of retaliatory vigilante justice and vengeance killings has no place in a modern orderly society.

The tragedy here is that these guys got entangled in this lifestyle in the first place. At one time they were young innocent kids. And they eventually lose their innocence and become corrupted and evil. Society should try and defeat this ongoing corruption of youth at all levels.
