Not having any kind a brain or memory for detailed technical recall of specifics he has to rely on his ability to sum up his issues with Biden by talking broadly. Except that he doesn't know how to broadly make the attack.

His replies will be small ball, petty, competely simple and repetitive, recited from memory.

This is how Biden holds his own against Trump. They're both terrible.

"Right wing" is not "fascism". Neither does patriotism / love and pride of your state/country = racist or fascist. Just like state pride and being against supporting foreign wars or globalist agendas /= "isolationist". No matter how many times you repeat these things to yourself, the "right wing" winning elections in Europe or leading in polls anywhere doesn't mean fascism is taking over. It means regular people have had it with bloated, too powerful, unelected permanent government bureaucracies and inefficient, counterproductive, draining and wasteful national socialist programs and want smaller government, less regulation, lower taxes to spur growth and opportunities. Both Mussolini and Hitler's fascist parties were socialists, like the left wing now (without the whole state pride thing because patriotism is somehow racist now), so try looking in the mirror.

His debates are as much debating with the "hosts" arguing about his correct answers.

I think there have been so many Biden gaffes lately because they need him to lay off the meth drugs that are losing their effect. A bunch of goofy shxt that happens overseas isn't as bad a nationally televised debate. They need him in prime teeth-clenching leveled-out tweaker mode to be able to get on tv during the election runway.

#1 have a debate moderator(s) that are impartial (if that's even possible) and allow Trump and joey b to fight.
