Do you really care what it was for? He supports Trump thats enough for yall

Hopefully an R in leadership will grow some balls and we can engage this fight against you and your fellow leftys.
Biden?
Wasn't it a trump appointed judge that threw Goebbels… I mean Bannon, in jail?
Or do you think Bannon, trump, the lot is above the law, just because you support them (why, I have no idea).

It's Biden's DOJ. HTH

Now do Eric Holder.
Holder was held in contempt because he refused to turn over documents. The judge dismissed the contempt charge because she felt it wasn't needed to produce the documents (she then ordered DOJ to hand them over, which they did).

Bannon was held in contempt because he refused to testify AT ALL, which is not the way to go about things. The judge's hands were tied because of his complete defiance, and sentenced him to 5 months (I think) in prison, but stayed it until the appellate court could hear the appeal. Once the court affirmed the appeal, there was no reason for the stay to continue. So they aren't exactly the same.

Right, they are (D)ifferent. I agree.

Especially since the judge in Bannon's case is Carl J. Nichols, a Trump appointee.

Yes, because the committee was illegal. It was a Stalinist action by people acting outside their duties. But you know that.

He should be the first democrat who has charges filed against him in a red district. Obama would be next.

Hes certainly the first person I've seen that went to jail for it, but both sides have dodged subpoenas and gotten away with it.

Maybe he's just the first domino to fall, but I doubt it. Every other subpoena dodger I can think is a politician so likely nothing will come of them.

Still waiting on the first dem to be arrested and prosecuted Rs.
We're all going to be waiting a long time, because the Rs are either compromised, Dems in disguise, and too candy ass to do it. Maybe all three.

There are only a handful of Rs who actually want to do something, and they are either dumbass trash (Green and Boebert) or have too little power (Rand).

The entire system is corrupted from within.
MTG is awesome...she just hates the left with a burning passion and this offends many Republicans who want to always take the high road (while they rail us with no lube forever...but at least we can say we were cordial as we fall to ruin).

Her clip from the other day was fire re: dems worshiping George Floyd etc. We need Ted Cruz's and Rand Paul's in congress for sure, but we also need bulldogs who hate the vile left and what they are doing to this country and would knock their asses out if they ever got in their face.

You can tell she truly hates the left and all of the anti-american and out of control psycho woke nonsense and that her policy will always reflect that 10 times out of 10. Policy is mostly what I care about, but my politicians despising the dems as much as I do is an added bonus.
I've no doubt MTG hates the left, at least as much as she enjoys her spotlight. Taking the high road and still getting things done are not mutually exclusive. Being an obnoxious a-hole is not a requirement of working hard and moving things forward. It is, however, an easy way to get headlines and views.
I don't believe her tack is a strategically crafted approach. I think this is her character and because it gets publicity, she has no interest in decorum and maturity.
If your own party doesn't really take you seriously because all you have to show is antics and not action, you can make a change or just enjoy being on the outside.
Just look at her most recently sponsored bills and her scores on legislation. She would make a great talk show host for a certain market segment.

At least people like Jordan, Johnson, etc can manage decorum while still going after the left AND actually trying to move the country forward.

The only way forward is mass incarcerations of Dems.

If by some miracle Trump wins, the following will be jailed: Garland, Schiff, Joe, Hunter, Clapper, Brennan, Holder, HIllary. Everyone one of them has committed crimes. Its all public record.

Hell, Comey declared publicly that Hillary committed crimes. She was not tried so no double jeopardy involved.

Hur testified that Biden committed a crime by stealing classified docs from the SCIF.

That's just the start.
