I'm guessing he had some sort of mental/medical event and his handler Jill had to take him to a tent.

But he's way more mentally and physically stable than orange man for sure! /s

In all seriousness, I'm sure that the clips are far apart and that he was actually being escorted out after the ceremony. However, other videos I've seen still show him as a frail old man who is lost and stumbles.

She doesn't even have a PhD. She has an Ed.D.

An Ed.D., more or less, is a bit less stringent than the Ph.D. Less research focused, and in some programs, quite a few hours less.
