WH may consider political asylum claims from Brits. Makes sense.
Contra the German voters, marching steadily to the left:

Polish/Romanian candidates running as a quasi ticket together to 'make Europe Great again.' Good article from Breitbart.

AfD labeled an 'extremist organization' to begin the process of banning them before 2029 elections.

I'll take any good news I can find from Europe, even hollow promises.

I can't believe individual countries listen to this useless lady she doesn't have nearly as much power as she thinks but the leaders of these countries are spineless losers.

The UK, France, and Germany are being propagandized by the same people (CCDH) who started going after Musk when he took over X . Their goal is to promote a leftist agenda by calling all right-wing speech "hate" and working to get right of center voices deplatformed through pressure campaigns, such as getting companies to flee advertising on X.

CCDH is currently being run by an activist who is a member of the British Labour Party. They were instrumental in getting Labour elected and are working hard to keep the AfD pushed down in Germany. Any criticism of George Soros, vaccines, climate change, immigration, etc. makes you a target.

They work by planting stories of "hate speech" in news outlets to outrage the public. They have a close working relationship with NBC News in the US and (I believe) The Guardian in the UK. Not sure who they are working with in France and Germany.

I think you are right. The Euro censors are a problem, and one that is metastasizing to combat 'nationalism' surges.

It's all quite organic to the Soros 'open society' programs.

This is Georgescu's right successor. Not sure how they'll stop him/them, this time.

Still has to win the second round, if allowed to happen.

I'm basically of the opinion now that the EU just isn't a friendly competitor and we should have a basic footing that is more centered around breaking countries out of the EU and dealing with them individually as much as possible and isolating France and Germany and closer ties with Italy, Poland and so forth. Hard to do. But really can't trust anything from Brussels.

You are right, though of course we have to take some of the blame for the status of the EU after USAID partnered with Soros/NGO's etc. to install globalist leftists. Some hope they will now kick those clowns like Tusk etc. out.

And Romania is trending well, if they are allowed to hold elections this time:

The question remains whether the DSA and their censorship/totalitarian technology/lawfare will be used successfully to repress the people, including American Tech companies. Bessent addressed that this must be stopped yesterday I read, which is hopeful.

A win, if true:

Romanian elections final/second round are on the 20th. Simion is up big right now.

Good, it should be clear we need to continue to cut off support to leftists in Eastern Europe, and get out of nato, as this is not a group of allies, for the American people.

You don't consider Poland an ally?

No, Poland's current government is not an ally, they are globalist/leftists (A la Andrew Weissman/Soros), seeking to expand the present war in Europe and suppress populists/conservatives/speech there.

Yes, they are very, very angry with Trump. America acting in America's interests? Outlandish to EU Technocrats. Great video by VDH:

Quote:

So, it's very hard for them to acculturate, assimilate, and integrate immigrants, especially when they come in illegally and fromlet's be honestmostly from the Middle East. So, you have the force multiplying of Islam. At least the people who come across the southern border legally and illegally have a shared Christian tradition.

But Europe does not have that experience with illegal immigration. And they're disarmed. They had not been spending 2% until President Donald Trump jawboned them. They say they're gonna get to 5%, but if you look at their budgetary expenditures and incomes, it seems almost impossible. And now they're facing a Russian juggernaut that is, you know, moving west, in Ukraine, toward them.

And so, all of this was calibrated by the United States. But here's what I think got them very angry. The United States' attitude was notin this reportyou should have done this. You bad, you. We don't like you. No.

It was more, we should be brothers. We should be equal brothers. You, Europe, is the foundation of the West. Greece. Rome. The Pope. The Renaissance. The Enlightenment. All of this majestic culture came from you. And we are an offshoot, an offspring of it. And we wanna partner with you. And we wanna be equals with you. So, please can you just consider stopping the censorship, opening up discussion, and maybe reassessing your energy, your military, your immigration issues and policies. And get back in the game with us in a 50/50 fashion.

They got very, very angry about this. But here's what makes us angry about their anger. Europe is, sort of, the proverbial one-eyed Jack, the card that you only see one eye and you flip over and maybe there's something quite different on the other side.

That just drives them stark raving mad.
