I completely empathize with them but attempting to destroy 2A because your upset is wrong and will get this entire country f'ed.

Why would this kid go with a $1500 Daniel Defense? Ft Hood Shooting was with a $1300 FN 5.7. The Pulse nightclub was with a $2000 Sig MCX.
Is it good gun salesmen, upselling these idiots? Or is it they think high price tag = high reliability?
Or is there something more sinister involved?
I'm surprised the blood sucking lawyers waited this long.
Let's not overthink it. If these gun stores had these three guns in stock, i guarantee you they had much more affordable options as well. For the prices they paid for these, allegedly, they could've gotten multiple guns, ammo, magazines, body armor, etc. to conduct their evil

Second, the one percent comment also proves the company isn't selling ARs to just anyone (for whatever reason -- price, selectivity, etc.).

He didn't go into the store browsing for a gun.
He ordered the Daniel Defense from them online and they do sale through licensed dealer.

The point is the shooter only knew about it because COD. Daniel marketed to kids through the game. That's why he bought it. Your post strengthens their point
This sounds like a BS lawsuit to me, but given this lawyer got $73mm on sandy hook it seems he understands how to write successfully
It is easy with buy-now-pay-later apps that are the newest financial innovation. Most don't do a credit check and it doesn't hit your credit report.doubledog said:Marketing 1.5K gun to a minor? How many minor's have 1.5K I was lucky if I could scrape together a buck fifty.Love Gun said:

Ordered it from the manufacturer while under 18, and had it delivered to Oasis Outdoors and picked it up just hours after turning 18? What am I missing here?BMX Bandit said:
Allegedly, He put in his cart about two weeks before he turned 18, then bought when 18

I'm truly sorry for their losses. I could not even imagine but this has nothing to do with a gun manufacturer.
doesn't have to do with the gun
Has to do with hatred and mental illness.
Good Lord……….. Sure. Why not?Quote:
How about the CIA that trained this shooter or manipulated him through mind control, or finances this. Cia never lies to us, never does anything wrong, never blows up pipelines, assassinates presidents, starts wars, covers up crimes for political favors, inject syphilis on own people, nothing like that.
This was an orchestrated event
it's also got no legal standing unless the machine malfunctioned and caused injury.ts5641 said:
Suing gun manufactures is straight from the trial attorneys. I don't think average citizen would even think of this. All about money.

CIA didn't train the murderer……..the Cartel did.

Parents? Hell, they should be suing the CIA and some cartel according to some posters.Burdizzo said:agracer said:

And have the parents of the shooter been sued?
This world has gone crazy and we all know this, but I still cannot understand how people can blame a inanimate tool with causing these events. Blows my mind, but I guess it shouldn't.Cromagnum said:
That damn gun got up off the shelf and decided to shoot everyone of its own volition I guess.
