I've played a lot of cod and the only time I've ever seen the words "Daniel Defense" are on here. They don't market on the game although I suppose the devs could've modeled one off of them. You certainly wouldn't know without doing research on the designs.

When you buy a gun online, I don't recall anything about certifying being 18+ prior to making a purchase and having it shipped. When you pick it up at your local gun store, however, is a much different story. You have to fill out form 4473 for the ATF, making sure you're of age, doing a state and federal background check, and declaration that you are allowed to even own a gun before you can walk out with it.

This is the same form Hunter Biden lied on whenever he bought a gun, and is now slowly being held accountable for it.

Pretty much all firearms sites require you to say you're over 18 just to browse the site (one can thank leftist states for mandating that) and to do the same when checking out if you're buying a gun or ammo. Some require it regardless of what you're ordering.

But like you said, it really doesn't matter when buying a gun because one still has to pick it up from a FFL and go through the same background check as if one walked into a gun store and selected one off the shelf.

Never played CoD, have you?

1. The DD gun that was featured in Modern Warfare was an M4, not an AR-15.

2. The guns in CoD no longer have manufacturer names in the title of the gun or on the actual model of the gun. The guns are still modeled after real guns (or are straight up fake), but you have to be a gun nut already to notice who the manufacturer is.

3. I don't think manufacturers have ever had a deal with Activision to include their guns, in fact, there was a controversy a few years ago where manufacturers were pissed at Activision for putting their guns into the games. They were constantly getting frivolous lawsuits about "encouraging" minors into buying their guns. Even before the lawsuits, some manufacturers were mad that they weren't getting any money for having their models featured.
