Is it inhumane to shoot mean looking tatted up dudes from Honduras or El Salvador trespassing on your property with bad intentions? Obviously the punishment does not fit the crime, but they're also not "innocent". It is, in fact, a crime to do what they are doing and some kind of punishment should occur. In a normal, sane world.
