The list of allowable activities in the OP is free speech. Everything else is used to disrupt the lives of other people.

If you want to have a protest. But leave it in areas where people can listen to it if they choose.
A little known fact about Kent State was that protesters were setting fires, attacking cops, looting, and vandalizing the town. and then blocking firetrucks from putting out fires and slashing their hoses.
Passerby's were shot, not glossing over that.
The deaths were of course unfortunate and reprehensible but it's not like they opened up fire on people with a megaphone in the free speech mall on campus. They ignored orders by armed forces to disperse, began throwing rocks, got tear gassed, then kept throwing rocks.
