Didn't sound like class warfare, seemed more like a guide to how government should formulate policy. If you genuinely want to make things better, then race is a terrible way to do it. Democrats harp on it, because they don't want things to get better, they just want votes and they actually want things to stay bad. This is a very common practice across the 3rd world.
Socio-economic factors are a much better way to formulate policy. If you want to make things better for someone economically, why does their race/caste matter? Why should rich black american woman get an advantage over a poor white male?
