If an urologist cannot determine where one's urinary tract is, you need another doctor.

Leave the woke questions blank and see what they say.

You should not use a doctor that can't distinguish men from women.

There's a lot regulations coming out for electronic medical records that require all that.

They could save themselves and the patients a lot of time by asking one question:

"Are you mentally ill?"

You should find a new urologist

Why would you willingly put your trust in someone that goes along with this mental illness epidemic?

This is being pushed by CMS. They're the ones requiring this information be reported for Medicare patients. Even if you're not a Medicare patient, it's easier for the providers (or rather their EMRs) to have one template that applies to all patients.

Find a different Urologist.

Part of the reason for this is the ALPHABET mafia for sure.

The other reason for this is because the mentally ill individuals will put their desired gender on their forms instead of their actual sex.

And most of them are so mentally ill they don't realize that doctors literally couldn't give 2 ****s what their wished gender is.

We need to know what sex u are because this directly impacts what you are at risk for, what needs to be monitored most closely, and what kinds of exam and tests need to be done.

The doctor would find out eventually of course but knowing ahead of time helps the doc and staff prepare for ur appointment.

Also if ur mentally ill knowing what we are walking into ahead of time helps us avoid a 20 minute headache.

This was basically my response when our pediatrician asked my wife to fill out a form answering questions about guns in the home and how they were stored.
