Those kids are absolute, frickin' dumbasses and likely already have a ****ty life ahead of them, but what they did is not a crime.

Part of having free speech is also putting up with **** we do not like, and find distasteful. I find a significant amount of mainstream thought distasteful these days and an affront to God, but that doesn't mean I have a right to make them say, or not say, what I want.

These *******s are prosecuting wrong-think.

But, if the alleged victims were not invited into the discussion does it really count as threats ? ? How did they even become aware that this Mock Slave Auction even occurred or that they were somehow threatened ? ?

This all strikes me as a bunch of kids having some sort of late night bull session on-line that drifted into a very tasteless game. Sadly, they would not be in trouble if they had been watching pron and critquing it.

Is this DA running for office or something ? ? Trying to be noticed and get votes from certain groups ? ?
