Since we don't know how many illegal aliens are coming across the border now, this just seems like a made up fact. You really can't compare the rates.

conservative states like Texas should put illegals in temporary housing in conservative districts...take the census which will bulk up the population count in that district and give it more power...then after the census, ship them to wherever or kick them out..
Would people be transported to these temporary housing …facilities … by rail? In cattle cars, perhaps?

"Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed." -14th amendment

One can argue the illegals shouldn't be here in the first place - they are ghosts. They don't have SSNs and so are not taxed in the same way was residents and citizens. This would have to be challenged and probably go before the USSC.
The old reliable " illegal immigrants are not 'persons.'. As anyone can clearly see. They are either Indians or slaves or… something. But clearly nor 'persons.'"

Next up: " person does not mean person. It means citizen."
Luckily the War of 1812 occurred then and not in 1810 or we'd have had to count those nasty redcoats that year...

Well it did take a good day or so for you to start accusing people of being Nazis, so that's longer than I figured. Good job.

You act like they're here because we want them here. No, no we don't.

DUDE, he literally outlined a policy of putting people in camps.

not figuratively. Not hyperbole. Physically picking them up shipping them somewhere and keeping them there against their will.

That's what should happen to illegals.

OMG! A politician wants to keep unvaccinated, unvetted, and potentially dangerous foreigners away from citizens so they can't rape, steal, or murder them!

^^Is it such a new and evil idea for politicians to make laws that protect the citizens they govern?^^
