I don't understand how it is inclusive to FORCE people to put pronouns in their email. More than likely you have made the person who does not want to put it out there uncomfortable, which is their basis for reform is to make everyone feel included, by excluding a huge majority.

Yep, if these are the types that are in charge we are going to take a brutal beating. I expect that China, Iran, Russia and North Korea (maybe a couple of others) are coordinating to pick a date to light us up from multiple directions.
