I was half kidding.

Being able to kick states out of the Union that are counter-productive to the country as a whole isn't a bad thing, especially if those areas are activity trying to destroy the country.

If you have cancer, don't let it kill you if there are remedies available.


If it requires an amendment, so be it. At least we'd be following the Constitution.....

Is the legislative branch able to pass an Amendment to the Constitution that is unconstitutional?
