So, now lotteries should publish fake winning numbers for three days, so the actual winner(s) throw away the winning ticket(s).

Cmon now. You know that's not how government works. Government doesn't care about bad press and will not admit a mistake. They'll force you to accept it because they're government and there's not a damn thing you can do about it.aggiehawg said:
I am sure the lawyer sent a demand letter before filing this suit. The lottery officials should have anticipated some bad press, pay him nuisance money and get a signed NDA and assignment back. 250 maybe 500,000. Then the lottery entity turns around and sues the quality assurance contractor under subrogation.
