we've also been told before that deleting thousands of emails from a private server that wasn't sanctioned, many of which containing classified and secret information, using bleach-bit on the server to conceal evidence, and having devices smashed with hammers to conceal evidence is something that no reasonable prosecutor would pursue.

Dont kid yourselves. If he continues to poll poorly, this will be the context to eject Biden and get someone else. If the polling were good, they wouldn't bother. They'd just let the puppet master carry on.
Another thought. You want to do something radical, for example, say throat punch Texas over the border and it gets messy. You can pin it on an excused Biden.

Andrew McCarthy touched on this a few minutes ago. When a prosecutor is looking that far into the future to guess what a jury might do, they already have enough evidence that a crime has been committed and enough to indict, survive a motion to dismiss and how admissible their evidence will be. They have a very good case but project a finding of jury nullification for another reason.Central Committee said:
