There is some merit to it, when people's actions and choices lead to their appearance. For instance, the clothes stealing loon from the Biden administration. In Pressley's case, she has a disease which makes her hair fall out in clumps. Rather than try to grow hair, or wear a wig, she has decided to shave her head. She doesn't have good choices, and shaving it is not a bad choice.
