Usually, unions drive the work offshore. In this case, with the dims open border policy, maybe UPS will just replace with low paid illegals when they need more workers. UPS as a delivery service can't move the work offshore, but the offshore can come to UPS.

It's also a 5 year contract, so i don't think they see any of that immediately

They have 12,000 management positions?
I think i might see the problem

They have about 536 K employees.
