Hopefully, Congress will kill this for it just allows more illegals. The courts are now backed up 10 years or more and these individuals will be allowed to stay until then, marrying and having anchor babies.

1. Enforce the laws we have NOW.
2. Round up and deport all illegals in the country.

There are millions of people who immigrate legally following current process without breaking the law.

It is insulting and disgraceful to compare legal immigrants with illegal immigrants. Don't conflate the success of legal immigrants who followed the process versus the entitled illegals protesting in this country and flying the flags of their native country

My plan would involve encampments with razor wire fences next to a runway with planes flying internationally day and night, and ICE and the Border Patrol bringing in new shipments for said planes 24/7...A wall across the border with no less than 3 rows of razor wire behind the wall on this side of the border and machine gun towers where needed, ground sensors where needed, drones where needed......Get all that going first, then we can talk about new immigration laws...

Citizenship path is completely different than citizenship given. Was this some attempted "gotcha" moment?

I agree completely, but how do you stop.the lazy asses in cities everywhere from paying them cash for work around there houses?

I guess it's not too big a deal because those are the types of immigrants we want, not the freeloaders...

Since hunting down and deporting millions of people is prohibitively expensive, how about we encourage self deportation by:

1) make non citizens ineligible for state/fed funded healthcare or other benefits
2) eliminate birthright citizenship
3) disallow non citizens from holding any office or voting in any election
4) make anybody here who has subverted the immigration process ineligible to start citizenship process for 10 years

The nation is great because of the anti-authoritarian forms of governance and economic practice introduced by our 17th century ancestors and built on by successive generations.

We allow over 1 MILLION LEGAL IMMIGRANTS each year - more than any other nation, by far. How many man hours do you think it takes to properly check 1 million applicants? Letting people cut in line is certainly no solution
