Dangerous for two reasons. It's adding a ton of definitions to Sec 921 that they can use later for other legislation.

Also, the bill doesn't define "loan" other than it's something made for personal or family and is payable in four or fewer installments. Legally, what keeps it from applying to credit card purchases?

Exactly. And when cash is made illegal after they roll out the central bank digital currency, all gun purchases would be de facto illegal.
