I was right and you were wrong. The reason this person wasn't caught was because the FBI was covering it up on purpose and once they attempted to in earnest, they found him in short time. Likely because they knew who he was from the jump because they put him up to it (similar to the Witmer kidnapping attempt that they also orchestrated to blame on MAGA)....but I'll say it was due to diligence and effort to give the Bureau the benefit of the doubt that they certainly do not deserve.

Don't think there's any evidence of this yet. But if that happened I'm sure Kash and Bongino will release it. Like most things with government, I generally go with incompetence more than anything else.
Yeah. "Corrupted data." You go with that.

Like I said, if it was a massive government conspiracy coverup there's no reason for Kash and Bongino to not share that. So we'll find out one way or another.

You dont think it's a pretty big coincidence that the incompetence seems to only go one way?

They weren't incompetent at all, it seems, when tracking down other people who were at the Capitol just a few blocks away 12 hours later. Their cell phone data didnt seem to be corrupted at all.

In fact, it was cell phone location data and geofencing that was used to put them in a gulag without due process for several years. Why do you think that is?

What, that he spoke truth? I understand it's a hard concept for those on the left, but he very simply said that at the FBI he is not allowed to"opinions" he must follow the facts.

As a paid host, his job is to spout opinions to drive clicks and viewers.

Would you prefer he spout opinions with a dearth of facts as deputy director of the FBI?

Massive conspiracy? No. Someone, maybe Biden maybe the Autopen, told Garland to tell Wray to leave it alone. Or they uncovered leftist Black man was behind it and that would be inconsistent with the Jan 6th psyop messaging.

Or you can go with Special Agent Xe/Xer just missed something and it fell through the cracks.

The fact they caught the guy with no new leads, and the false testimony regarding corrupted cell phone data is prima facie evidence it was slow rolled and/or covered up.

Left was ready to hang Trump and and rendition Hegseth to an El Salvadoran prison based on piss poor "reporting" by WaPo… so bad that even ABC, CNN and the NYT had to point it out.

Here they dismiss the potential for a cover-up because Bongino didn't undress in front of them and share all the evidence.

Bizarro world the left lives in.

I have no idea. But I am happy to wait for evidence of a coverup before immediately assigning a conspiracy to people that generally wouldn't be qualified to run a lemonade stand. They also had tens of thousands of hours of video evidence on the Jan 6ers, so it's not really the same situation.

I guess if you ignore that this is the hundredth+ time that this has happened with the same federal law enforcement agency, it might be time to wait and see for this single instance.

But you are still ignoring that this is the hundredth+ time.

I don't even know what you're arguing here. The Jan 6ers were on video at the capital throughout the day, and in a lot of cases were posting on social media about what they were doing and where they were. This guy was on one grainy video with a hoodie and facemask on. They're not even comparable. Doesn't make the Jan 6 arrests right by any means, but it's not like it was a challenge to find them.

Definitely confirms Steve Baker made his story up though.

100% this was pigeonholed when it was determined the suspect was Black.

They had their golden egg with the Jan 6th party getting out of hand, so the breadcrumbs leading to Cole Jr were picked up and swept away and the boxes put in storage and Agent Xe/Xer was reassigned to the investigation of racial dysphoria in post-modern S Sudan and its correlation to white nationalism in the armed forces stationed in Guam or similar.

The argument is that people were tracked down from all over the country for "trespassing on Capitol grounds" and were found in short order, but the same method was not used to find a person that planted alleged explosive devices in our Nation's Capital.

And the excuse that they couldnt was "corrupted cell phone data".

Please, attempt to keep up with the rest of the class. If there is any other excuse than a coverup, I'd love to hear it. And no, you cant hand-wave this away with your magic "government is incompetent" wand. See my first sentence.

Lack of effort in pursuit is still a cover-up. They knew who this guy was before he dropped those bags, or could have at least found out within the timespan of about a week.

And they tracked people years later and arrested them all over America. Even people who were outside and people who weren't even in DC that day.

This guy, right in their backyard, they just had no clue about. Incredible! He was obviously just a smooth criminal.

And then Trump must have hired Sherlock Holmes when he came back into office. They found the mystery man in no time.

https://abcnews.go.com/US/suspect-arrested-jan-6-pipe-bomb-case-sources/story?id=128093323

Quote:

The absence of other distinctive identifying characteristics of the suspect frustrated investigators for years as they issued repeated pleas to the public for tips that could help them track down the alleged pipe bomber.

But four years after the incident, the FBI still couldn't definitively state the suspect's gender, despite an expansive probe that the bureau said included more than 1,000 interviews, a review of more than 39,000 video files, and over 600 tips from the public that were investigated.

The FBI offered a reward of $500,000 to anyone who provided information leading to the identification and arrest of the suspect.

Pirro was out last night discussing how this guy was low key, kept to himself, acted alone. That doesn't sit right with me.

He lived with his family, who all seem to be anti-Trump blacktivist grifter-type sorts. I dont think the "he acted alone" will fly at all.

Now, the pipe bombs that he set down looked like something Wile E. Coyote would produce, so I dont generally think that they were a danger to the public, but this guy should have been arrested a week after what happened.

I still think this was a backup plan to get the chambers underground to certify Xiden's "election" without prying eyes. It wasn't necessary with the optics that they felt they had the next day to justify it (Pelosi's daughter was there to film a documentary, dont forget), and simply let this go.

The pipe bombs played a huge role in framing Jan 6th as an insurrection. That was the terrorist like act. People heard pipe bombs and immediately wanted to be on the other side.

I have no doubt this was orchestrated. Just like I dont doubt that Seth Rich wasnt a robbery gone wrong. Nor that Clinton accidentally bleached and took a hammer to her servers.

The fact that there are posters who are supposed DeSantis fan boys claiming see no conspiracy is just mind blowing to me. Or maybe they arent genuine.
