SOP?

Stramge since it's only happened 4 times in the last 70+ years, and once in 2010 North Korea actually torpedoed a warship owned by the South, killing 46 sailors. That turned unto an actual skirmish. Now if by SOP you mean they fire at the South and the South fires back in response I agree, but this isn't just some routine activity. They are suppose to keep their shelling above the 38th. When a line is crossed they respond. last time it happened was in 2022. Funny no missiles or shelling while Orange Man bad was at the helm, in fact if you remember Teflon Don walked across the 38th into the North, for the first time since they divided the country. It was terribly short sighted of South Korea to have balked when Trump asked them to pay for advanced early warning and missile systems. America saved South Korea and has preserved the peace for them and the free world.

So America's early warning for our security can be South Korea being blown up.

This is why they should just open the border. N Korea will have to turn it into the berlin wall to keep people in. If those N Korean soldiers see the modern world and stocked grocery stores, they're gonna be pissed.
