A new poll conducted by YouGov America found that 54% of Americans and even 24% of Republicans approved of the Colorado Supreme Court's decision to kick former President Donald Trump off of its 2024 presidential primary ballot.

The court released its opinion holding that Trump was ineligible to reprise his role as president because of the 14th Amendment's clause barring insurrectionists from holding office on Tuesday evening,

concluding that the evidence brought to it "established that President Trump engaged in insurrection" by attempting to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.

But Trump is absolutely going to win...

People happy about this are generally idiots.

It makes his primary victory more likely, not less, first of all, and secondarily, it's highly unamerican, and finally it's obviously going to be a temporary 'moral' victory as SCOTUS won't let it stand.

Biden's ratings are LOWER right now than Trump's ever were in national polls,

Trump bottomed out upper 30's. Biden hit mid 30's approval.

Plus another 20 million or so who post on f16 who claim they represent those who voted for Trump in 2016 but could not in 2020 because of his COVID spending then really cannot vote for him in 2024 because his tweets are still mean and he led a violent insurrection to overthrow the duly elected Biden regime following the most safe and secure, no questions asked election.

There's no way for me to prove it, but I don't think there's anywhere near the visceral personal hate on a national scale for Biden like there is for Trump. And I'm not saying it's all fair. But I'm confident that's where we are.
