Why doesn't the US government just order Starbucks to pay a few citizens of Seattle money each month? Not much difference imo.

Forcing a private company to open stores?! Biden is full blown Marxist garbage.

But Starbucks deserves this because they are woke Marxists too.

Here's a reason to never invest in airlines again. Good f'ing lord.
So you drive everywhere? Airlines have never been a good investment.

Because....you might...fly to somewhere with a Starbucks???

No, because it gives their buddies at the NMB even more Marxist ideas. POTUS campaigned on killing Right to Work and unionizing all states. Anytime these ****bags push an incrementalist change like this is a loss for America.
But, why just airlines? You are giving me the confuse...

Because they are heavily unionized.
Well yeah...there's many more that are, too. I guess that's why I didn't see the connection. But, I agree, the way the unions work and now the NLRB leaning heavily left, is just ripe for disaster.

I checked one location in Seattle at random on Google maps. Another coffee shop has already opened in that locations. It has been heavily...Seattlized. I guess the fired Starbucks baristas, can't just work there?

People who pay 7 bucks for a cup of coffee are morons.

Not even that good of coffee. I have had diner coffee better, cheaper, and with free refills.

Starbucks is a lib/status branding that is damned near comical.
Starbucks isn't in the business of selling you coffee. They're in the business of selling to idiot women with disposable income, who don't think a chai mocha double-white-chocolate syrup latte with non-fat soy milk contains a 1000 calories

Wrong.

Southwest Airlines is one of the top performing stocks on the NYSE...ever.

It had a 25 year run where it was the #1 performing stock on the entire exchange while being the most unionized airline in the US.

I benefited greatly from owning LUV. Unfortunately, those days are over as they seemingly don't really know who they want to be anymore or where they are going.

Owning almost any other major over the last several years after buying them after bankruptcy or out of the 2008 Recession would have netted you some money as well.

Well, I guess I stand corrected. So up until 2008, every airline except SWA was not a great investment. So sounds like there was some good to come out of unionized airline. You learn something every day.
