Another problem one can ascertain about this organization from this video is that the supervisor's response was to "schedule a one-on-one later in the day to discuss this issue as it may not be appropriate to dive into this during this same call," etc. instead of asking the intern point blank "Are you ****ing drunk or just stupid?"
