Jordan actually has a reasonable basis for refusing, as both a then member of Congress and current member of Congress, to testify to a committee he was NOMINATED to serve on but was blocked by the partisan witch Nancy Pelosi - itself a departure from long-standing norms in Congress.

Yea, there is a huge issue in that it is abnormal to issue a congressional subpoena to a current member of Congress. If you cannot see that, I have no idea what to tell you.
