I talked with a buddy who's worked at TDC for years and he said that at the Powledge Unit out on FM 3452 west of Palestine, he said they took delivery of two machines capable of churning out 180 feet of galvanized or stainless steel razor wire per minute and a high-speed barbed wire machine months ago. According to him they have three inmate shifts ginning out wire 24/7. Abbott has free labor making wire by the miles faster than Biden can take it down. So there will be no shortage of materials to make this work.
