Nicholas Cruz was only able to do his murder spree due being not punished because of " Restorative Justice " programs. Which are basically " Nu Klan Laws " based on race just like the old ones were.

If teachers agreed to this, then they deserve what is coming to them as disciplinary problems is the number one reason for teacher resignations/retirements.
