You see this all the time in police work. Officers realize there's no reward whatsoever for going after certain criminals. They just answer their calls, write a few tickets, and try to stay off Youtube and out of prison.

But the important thing is that the right demographic mix of persons/genders are ever incarcerated/charged.

It's systemic racism since a majority of the victims are also of a certain color. But the Chicago PD won't say it with that context, because woke.

Almost every single major city in this country is a blue-led cesspool. If you live there, you deserve whatever comes your way. Plenty of states and suburbs that you can move to and get away from that kind of "leadership".
