"Did nothing wrong" is certainly a stretch.
You mean pressing …" a knee on his neck for 9 minutes " is not ok?
Hmm…who could have imagined there was a line between enforcing the law and killing citizens in the process.
Ah well, ol boy has a couple decades to think it through, well, probably not gauging by how his daily shanking seems to be going.
Why do people have to spew such lies?
These aren't lies, they are opinions. A lie would be that Floyd's system wasn't full of fentanyl.
When the blood gas report from the ER show Floyd had a high O2 blood saturation in the upper 90s, he did not die of hypoxia nor asphyxiation. His heart stopped.
Chauvin's knee, even if it had been on Floyd's neck for that 9 minutes (it wasn't) didn't cause Floyd's heart to stop. The drugs and Floyd's comorbidities did.
But let's review the myriad of prosecution narratives on the cause of death. They presented testimony about blood chokes, air chokes, chest compression inhibiting the heart from beating, epiglottis cutting off air supply causing hypoxia, etc. Anything but Floyd's unhealthy heart and large amount of drugs in his system.
Defense added possible carbon monoxide poisoning from the squad car exhaust. (Unlikely but why not toss it into the mix for reasonable doubt?)
