If he had just made an insult and gone on, I'd say okay that's free speech. but he made extended insulting remarks and came back to harass the vendor for at least one repetition.
Now, we don't know what the vendor said to set this guy off, but if you're smart, like this guy claims to be, then you don't let yourself get manipulated into a performance that could be videoed to your detriment.

It's not a crime to be a jerk. It's not even a crime to be a bigot.

I'm curious if there was signage or a display that we cannot see that might elicit a string reaction, or if this was initiated purely by the guy in the video.
