It's a panel discussion with all three together. This was excellent forum and much better than previous debates. They were not attacking each other and came off genuine and likeable . Vivek probably did the best.

Is this the thing Ronna was threatening to ban candidates over?

I think the fact that this was not a debate, where Trump would be required to think fast in order to counter questions and attacks, but rather a more civil forum that valued substance over flashy soundbites yet Trump still skipped it says a lot about his current capabilities.

Yes.

I think Trump being 40 points up with no real threat to his republican candidate nomination in site and skipping an event that only would give more press to his competitors is a no-brainer as well. Very astute of you and it does certainly highlight his capabilities.

You're right, everything in this thread says much more about his capabilities and why he's afraid to debate.

Try researching the meaning of the word capable.

Trump wouldn't attend an event where he couldn't attack people.FL_Ag1998 said:

If you watch no other @RonDeSantis video watch this one as he lays out the case for why you should caucus and vote for DeSantis over Trump. #iacaucus #DeSantisForPresident #DeSantis2024

That's why McDaniel didn't want it. She wants clown shows like the Fox debate and to avoid topics like Covid policy. She is trying to help Trump and the best thing for him is for people not to see the other candidates having calm and detailed policy discussion and seeing that there is a better option.Tibbers said:TRM said:

I noticed that too. When she said that, you could hear the air sucked out of the room. Other than TRM, did any of y'all actually listen to the whole thing? It honestly was a great forum.

The guy is just so good at explaining any topic. On top of that he has executive level government experience of a big state.
It's truly amazing to me that the GOP electorate might take a pass on him in 2024.

I wish that had been Christie in place of Vivek. But, the writing is on the wall for CC's candidacy IMO. Hopefully they can drop Vivek asap and quickly sort out the Haley DeSantis challenge and get to a straight up Trump vs only 1 person.

The electorate is full of morons on both sides.
Nice to see them capitalize on it.Tibbers said:TRM said:

Plus, he knows the inner workings of the legislative body on top of his executive experience. It completely boggles the mind DeSantis isn't much closer to Trump in the polls.
.@bobvanderplaats said he and the board of @theFAMiLYLEADER are meeting today at 4 p.m. to discuss his endorsement/the ministry's endorsement. He also said his endorsement will come well before Christmas#DeSantis2024

He's the absolute best candidate we've had for president in a very long time.
Sucks.
