I understand and agree. We all know it is in response to the baseless hyperbole and factless presumption perpetuated by the left. When hyperbole is used here it is based on actions or words by politicians/beurocrats and there are countless examples of them saying White Nationalism is the greatest threat to our democracy (which is a baseless fact and hyperbole).

Officer, 2 civillians and shooter is dead. It was a hostage situation. 4 dead. 3 innocents dead. Perp dead.

Just a matter of time until Jose Garza indicts the surviving officer.

As much as I know and believe the left has created an anti-police climate in this country since Barry Sotero took over, this sounds like a domestic (from the short article posted) and this has been going on since there have been families and police and will continue to.

It was a justified entry with perceived life or death consequences. They're heroes.

I remember when Austin was a nice, fairly safe place to live, inhabited by people with different values. But that was a long time ago.

Very true. When we moved to the area over 23 years ago it was a darn fun place to live. And different values were absolutely tolerated. Austin libs were like the ex-hippy teachers I had in the 80's/90's. Different opinions but none of the hate or intolerance.

Very sad. Austin is bad and hasn't recovered from when they defunded the police. Crime is way up in Austin & it's everywhere not just the bad parts.

Thursday was an Austin Energy worker driving down 183 in the company truck. While driving someone shot at the truck. The bullet went through the window and hit the head rest. The head rest was able to stop the round. Had it not the AE worker would been hit in the back of the head & been killed.

P.s. forgot to mention the gun also forced an innocent knife to be his unwilling accomplice in assaulting the survivor who called the cops. Must have been a British knife. It is common knowledge that they are prone to murder people. At least that is what the relatives of murder victims in London say.
