Misidentifying people wasn't something Trump used in 2016 or 2020 to mock people. He used the immature grade school name calling. The fact that he is regularly misidentifying people now when he didn't previously makes it way more likely he really has lost a lot of his mental acuity and there is no reason to think this clip is different. We have two jokes of candidates that have no business being President.
