I'm 100% certain trump's apparent health condition is a result of deep state dirty tricks...e.g. They're surreptitiously exposing him to cognition-affecting toxins to keep him away from the presidency. Only 100% verifiable evidence will change my mind.

They have proven themselves willing and capable of doing it, and given the polling, they must be getting desperate enough.

...and if they don't like it, they only have their lying, cheating, traitorous asses to blame.
Or he's getting old. I mean maybe all the NFT's have been lying to us about his actual condition.

Don't you understand Orange God does not age nor repeatedly lose elections. It must be tricks by the other side.

What will his supporters say when Biden has Seal Team 6 knock him off and claim Presidential Immunity prevents me from being tried?
Not ALL presidents get immunity, only ones we like!!!

As someone about Trumps age, I have observed people in this age group decline physically and mentally very quickly. Literally here today and gone tomorrow.

To me Trump is starting a serious decline mentally. He never would have made some of the mental mistakes he's making now in 2016.

One can only hope he's VP pick is capable of being president.

You might be right, but it is laughable when people like the above poster try to compare the two. If Biden was a private citizen, he wouldn't be capable of living on his own.

Yeah, Biden is definitely past the point of no return and has been for a couple of years. Trump strikes me as being close to where Biden was in 2019. Some days he's pretty lucid and other days you just want to shake your head and say WTF.

If Trump had participated in the debates, I think his decline from 2016 would have become apparent.
But he didn't and here we are with a couple of 80 year olds who should just be spending time with the grand kids and tending to their hobbies running for leader of the country.

Maybe elect Trump/DeSantis, then 25th Amendment to remove Trump?

Only problem is Trump can be running around at 3 am in the Rose Garden in only his tighty whiteys and Trump supporters will be claiming it's 5D chess.

Question: Would that mean we get DeSantis for the remainder of Trump's term plus two more terms after that, or does that count against one of his terms?

pretty sure it has to be less than half the first term to get two more

Correct. From the 22nd amendment.
"No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of President more than once."

Honestly if you have been watching Trump speak lately it's alarming. He can't finish a thought over one sentence long. The teleprompter is his only chance but he has struggled with reading it lately.

The Dem candidate is even worse. He doesn't make sense at all when he talks, either and his walking is more like a shuffle.

It's two bad options for America in 2024.

I don't think its laughable at all. And to the point of the above poster, that decline happens really fast. Look at Biden when he ran for president and now. I absolutely could see that with Trump. Biden may be a little ahead of Trumps decline but the idea of it coming isn't laughable at all. No one wants a vegetable (or an Orange) to be in that kind of position of power.

Trump threatened Haley tonight. Holy cow.

"Just a little note to Nikki, she's not going to win. But if she did, she would be under investigation by those people in 15 minutes, and I could tell you five reasons why already. Not big reasons, little stuff that she doesn't want to talk about, that she will be under investigation within minutes, and so would Ron have been, but he decided to get out."

But,

There are many 82 year olds that are as sharp as 45 year olds but these two aren't it.

Go watch Charlie Munger's last interview before he died and tell me he had mental decline. Ok, he was 99 but I don't think anyone will say he had dementia at 82 but got better 17 years later.

And how many will vote for an orange this time? I can tell you I will, unfortunately, be one of those voting for the orange....because I have no choice. And yet people keep defending the guy like nothings wrong...nothing to be concerned about.

Both are bad candidates. Some people can't admit that.
