How long until we find out this was a ****** with a manifesto and he was in the girl's bathroom?

How convenient just after the Maine shooting narrative fell apart when it was shown the guy was a lunatic who was the walking poster child for Maine's red flag law, that wasn't used.

Yes, I haven't read up on this a whole lot, but how was a guy who have been in a mental institution allowed to keep his guns?

I will say, I wish more of these jerks would kill themselves before they kill innocent people. At least he got that right.

Didn't Colorado recently pass a law raising the age to buy a gun to 21 y/o?

Are they saying the guy bought the parts and somehow 3d printed a lower receiver?

Is is possible to 3d print and machine a workable lower receiver?

He was a deranged nut who would have found a way but he strangely wrote that on the wall and offed himself.

These "ghost" guns are the same as any other gun but likely inferior quality since youre doing it yourself compared to a company who does this as their job. If you're breaking the law with regular or the mythical ghost gun term then you're breaking the law. They don't signal the ATF to say, "oh no! A bad guy is in possession, come asap!"

Unclear whether this as a ghost gun in that the serial numbers removed or this was a homemade gun.

Media got no trouble using these terms interchangeably.

I mean they're the same. The only difference is that one was "traced" at some time and the other not.

The ghost gun hysteria is nothing other than fear mongering so that people who don't understand guns, or the law, can be scared into supporting more laws they don't understand.

If an amusement park event went off, and the culprit was a ghost gun ( because it's never about the mind of the shooter), we'd be neck deep in ghost gun hysteria for Halloween,
