Israel has a problem with their hardcore far right. I know it's not popular to talk about, but there's a growing Ultra Orthodox Jewish population that pays little taxes and does not have mandatory military service like the rest of the population. They receive supplements for being settlers and having a lot of kids. They are a growing portion of the electorate.

There's been some analysts including Peter Zeihan and others who think Netanyahu is fairly beholden to this group as a backbone of his support in Israel. Keep in mind this is the group that is pushing for more war.
