The only thing they care about is killing jews/others. The life/welfare of their own people is very secondary, and I bring this up, just because accepting this seems very challenging for many, but the truth is what it is.

This is all straight from their book.

Also, it is hopefully not derailing to consider this very current/related/direct story many have not heard about;

Meanwhile, hopefully this is true:

Here is a "pause" for a Stonewall Jackson quote.

"Always mystify, mislead, and surprise the enemy, if possible; and when you strike and overcome him, never let up in the pursuit so long as your men have strength to follow; for an army routed, if hotly pursued, becomes panic-stricken, and can then be destroyed by half their number. The other rule is, never fight against heavy odds, if by any possible maneuvering you can hurl your own force on only a part, and that the weakest part, of your enemy and crush it. Such tactics will win every time, and a small army may thus destroy a large one in detail, and repeated victory will make it invincible."

Hezbollah is more or less operating like an Islamic drug cartel. Similar strategy to control the Lebanese people as the cartels use in Central America. They are also big into drug trafficking and have a big presence in South and Central America. They make billions off of the drug trade.

I have been following this thread and the news reports of this war. As a retired civil engineer, I can't get it out of my head how much Hamas has spent over the years on weapons, the tunnels, training, etc. Money that could have raised the standard of living of the Palestinians. Those tunnels have to be expensive to maintain. Lighting, ventilation, sanitary facilities, de-watering, etc. They must have wasted billions of dollars on their hate for Israel instead of the quality of life for their own people.
This has been known for a while but no one cared.

This popped up in my YouTube feed this morning. That's a lot of confirmed hits in that video. I'm assuming the battle has been a little tougher than what we've seen or heard about?

Edit: I don't mean that as a bad thing either (that we haven't seen a lot of footage like this). I mean it as it's not just tanks taking out buildings and bombs being dropped from 5,000ft. There's obviously some urban warfare going on. Good, let all the rats come out and be squashed one by one.
Why dont they post photos or videos of destroyed tanks?

It will be interesting after this war to see how many Palestinians are honest enough to admit that Hamas was physically blocking their egress routes along Salah Al Din street to escape south-

while the IDF is protecting them as they get out of the war zone.

Palestinians will never admit this to a Western audience, but I wonder how many of them observed this first hand.

Correct. As does, incidentally, their patron state sponsor, Iran has for many, many years, and their involvement in Mexico this year is entirely known. Obama and John F Kerry, who oh by the way served in Vietnam and Cambodia, ended all efforts to stop it:

Quote:

Quote:

There is evidence indicating that Iran, in particular, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the Hezbollah affiliated with Iran are involved in the global drug trafficking network.

Naturally, they managed to acquire "business partners" represented by the Albanian mafia and Latin American drug cartels.

Undoubtedly, this kind of activity cannot be carried out without the knowledge of the country's top leadership. Apparently, the Iranian regime treats these activities, on the one hand, as an opportunity to obtain currency to maintain its global Hybrid War, and on the other hand, as a "Narco Jihad" against Western countries and primarily against the United States.

Further, the Obama administration killed efforts to cut off Hezbollah financing and drug exports to the United States.
Quote:

In its determination to secure a nuclear deal with Iran, the Obama administration derailed an ambitious law enforcement campaign targeting drug trafficking by the Iranian-backed terrorist group Hezbollah, even as it was funneling cocaine into the United States, according to a POLITICO investigation.

The campaign, dubbed Project Cassandra, was launched in 2008 after the Drug Enforcement Administration amassed evidence that Hezbollah had transformed itself from a Middle East-focused military and political organization into an international crime syndicate that some investigators believed was collecting $1 billion a year from drug and weapons trafficking, money laundering and other criminal activities.

We've discussed captagon elsewhere, as well, but this is an effective, new play they have made recently. Somewhat ironically, this was driven in part, very recently, by economic pressures on them attributable to covid and the war in Syria:

Quote:

Hezbollah strenuously denies the charge that it is involved in drug trafficking, but the Post report quoted US and Middle East analysts as saying: "Facing extreme financial pressures because of US sanctions, the coronavirus pandemic and Lebanon's economic collapse, Hezbollah appears to be growing increasingly reliant on criminal enterprises, including drug smuggling, to finance its operations."

Hatem Madi, a former Lebanese public prosecutor, told Arab News: "The Captagon pill trade became active because it is easier to smuggle, and faster.

"It is subject to supply and demand. There is no doubt that the war in Syria has left the door open for smugglers and drug traffickers."

Indeed, Lebanon has become a major conduit for smuggling of Captagon pills manufactured in Syria. Even before the country's descent into civil war in 2011, its territory was used by Lebanese militias to cultivate and smuggle marijuana, generating millions of dollars.
Israel and Hamas are just a microcosm of a broader war/conflict, which more should pay attention to, imho.

It looks like the United Nations is live right now still expressing concern for Israel's continued bombing of hospitals, schools, and refugee camps and of course, the children are taken the brunt of the attack. They are wanting a humanitarian ceasefire of course.

I can't link as the Audionix live stream automatically switched over.

All those *******s care about is sticking it to Israel.

Wouldn't the pump stations and ventilation equipment be very easy to locate and disable/destroy? I would think Israel would cut those off immediately.

A lot of it is underground and in the tunnels themselves. Openings to the outside for vents and intakes are probably disguised or covered with other things like buildings.

Israel has confiscated or refused entry to entire aid shipments because they found contraband destined for hamas, like oxygen concentrators for maintaining tunnel ventilation, inside.

Something I heard on Willy OAM's livestream earlier and hadn't thought of:

Due to the intense air strikes, shelling, etc., the scenery in Gaza City has changed drastically (obviously). This seems to be helping the IDF flush terrorists out of the tunnels. He said that they'll pop out to attack, but then they are getting confused/disoriented as to where exactly they are, and are having a hard time locating other tunnel entrances due to all of their previous landmarks being turned to rubble.

Like I said before, Hamas operates like the cartels. If you don't like what they are doing you'll end up shot on the side of the road and they'll build those tunnels anyway. Hamas has spent a lot of time rounding up and killing off any potential opposition. It's work with them or be dead.

Yeah but the problem is that Islam, when it takes over, is an extremely top heavy Sharia "law". No matter if there is a
"democracy" or not…
They will always exterminate their own for not doing what they demand. It's Sharia.
