Are these people that out of touch with reality that they believe internet is a life essential?

They see themselves like the Ukrainians fighting a righteous war they didn't ask for instead of a bunch of terrorists that murdered innocent kids and tortured families. They want to be able to communicate their plight to the outside world and build sympathy like a bully who gets his face beat in and then cries to the teacher.

They want it for communication and to coordinate attacks on Israel

My first thought was that it was a bunch of dumb Americans on twitter asking Musk to do that. Didn't realize it was the Palestinians themselves asking.

Israeli troops could be planning to disable Hamas tunnels and trap the terrorists underground using innovative 'sponge bombs'.

How to deal with concealed fighters hiding in the myriad of tunnels under Gaza will be one the main concerns for the Israel Defence Force (IDF) when they begin their long-promised ground offensive into the besieged city.

And according to some reports, a secret new weapon dubbed the 'sponge bomb' could see deployment for the first time

Based around a liquid emulsion, the chemical compound can be dropped into a tunnel before rapidly expanding and hardening, potentially trapping attackers down alleys or securing safe routes for Israeli commandos while searching for hostages.

Quote:

Troops are said to have used the handheld devices at the Israeli military's 'mini Gaza', a mock-up of the urban warren where they will soon be expected to fight constructed at the Urban Warfare Training Center in the Negev desert.

According to the Telegraph, the bombs feature a metal partition separating the two volatile liquids, which immediately react when they touch.

The material is said to be so hazardous that Israeli troops were blinded during practise sessions.

Foam and even slime have often been considered for their potential military utility, but results have been modest.

Hopefully is seals off oxygen, then they are dealing with them without risking their troops. Let Hamas suffocate in their underground cave complex.

Question is, how many hostages are Alison in the tunnels. I also doubt they want to just bury a bunch of weaponry down there, but I guess they are pretty deep.

Waiting for them to open the armory in the tunnel under the hospital.

Do they know if they are in the tunnel system?

This is genius. Plug off the tunnels with something so toxic they can't get near it. Suffocate them or starve them out, or trap them for the bunker busters to do their thing. Effective, efficient, and minimizes contact with the enemy.

As high tech as Israel is I'm surprised they haven't designed a combat robot specifically meant to clear tunnels. Sounds hard to design but could save a lot of lives against these cowards who hide underground.

It won't matter to most, people have picked a side and the ones who are opposed to Israel just flat out call the video fake so it's hopeless.

Hamas hails UN resolution calling for ceasefire, demands its immediate implementation

Hamas welcomes the passage of a UN General Assembly resolution urging a ceasefire in Gaza and calls for its immediate implementation, including the entry of fuel and relief materials for civilians in the Strip, the terror group says in a statement.

The UNGA resolution passed overwhelmingly, though it did not include any mention of Hamas, leading the US and the vast majority of Western nations to avoid giving their support.

The rival Palestinian Authority's foreign ministry also welcomes the resolution, saying that as Israel's campaign "reaches a new peak of brutality," there is "a solid international position rejecting Israel's unhinged aggression."

As an old buddy once said, "screaming like a boke d*** dog" .

"Israel's unhinged aggression"? Really? Really? The gall of those Palestinian ****s.

I feel like hamas and the palestinians truly don't believe they did exactly what they celebrated and bragged about doing. Saw a hamas leader walked out of a BBC interview when confronted with it, saying they didn't target or kill civilians. It's like they're in complete denial that they're animals when they were so proud of just a couple of weeks ago. It's like they're pets of terrorism until they have to own it and how much people hate them for it

I starred you but you are wrong

the Palestinians are not in any denial at all. and they never have been.

for decades they will say one thing in Arabic to each other- and the opposite thing in English to the Western gullible idiots.

they LITERALLY preach murdering Jews in the Friday Mosque sermons. have you ever seen Palestinian TV they LITERALLY teach their children to murder and shoot jews.

they are no more in denial than the Germans were in denial in 1945 about what they had done.

The stupidity of people calling for "humanitarian pauses" is truly mind boggling. Hamas and the Palestinians know damned well that freeing the hostages, regardless of conditions, gives the Israelis virtual carte blanche to go in and do what they need to do. I suspect that most in the Israeli leadership have written off the hostages already.

If some of those tunnels are near the beach, why not just throw down some cover and bring the ocean to the tunnel entrance and let the ocean do the dirty work. Flooding a vast network of tunnels will have a long lasting impact.

I'd like to see Israel pluck those Hamas leaders out of their cushy accommodations in Qatar, since the world apparently condones cross-border hostage taking these days.
