Connecting the dots (because that's what I do) I recall the Jordanian army was at the border already. Women and children were being escorted out of the West Bank, a select few, obviously. But the tanks were presumably positioned at the border to keep their border secure (novel concept for Biden, et. al.) from people fleeing the West Bank. Or not?

Whether by happenstance, coordination, or just stupid, I don't know. But that large a crowd swarming the Jordanian border? Take over the tanks? Or the King orders them to shoot down their own fellow Jordanites? That was at stake earlier today. Either way, it does not present King Abdullah in a great way. Optics are not there.

If they all just went home after that march, well, just shows how weak they really are.
